Not all construction sites can be handled with in-house staff. Therefore, it is
necessary that Siemens orders temporary labor. The Field Service works together with different suppliers, the provided employees are registered to a pool, Siemens can order from. At the moment, the dispatcher determines needs and the eternal suppliers are asked for suitable staff. Suitable means:
• is the employee available?
• does the employee have the required qualification?
• does the employee have the required certificates?
If suitable temp labor workers are found, they will be ordered and dispatched.
